Do you do special orders or custom work?
We will make any of our designs in a variety of different karats or colors of gold, silver or platinum. We will substitute special stones. We will also modify pins to make them pendants and similar metamorphosis of purpose. Feel free to ask if you are looking for something not seen here. Please do not send me photos of another craftsman's work and ask me to copy it. I respect other designers' copyrights and expect them to respect mine. I would be happy to design a new original piece of art just for you using your pictures as reference.
Do you wholesale?
We do sell to the trade on a limited basis Please note, we always verify business listing before discussing terms, so please do not make trade inquiries if you are not really in the trade. Wholesale accounts may be established upon approval and will be assigned passwords to access wholesale pricing.

All items are made to order and finished by hand Please allow 4-6 weeks when ordering. Feel free to call if you have questions.
Shipping?
$9.99 Sound too High?....Each piece is gift packaged and sent "priority mail". Due to gas prices, Shipping and handling are a flat rate no matter how many pieces you order (unless the weight. Purchases in the state of Florida are subject to 6% sales tax. Orders outside the state of Florida are free of sales tax. UPS or Fed Ex will not ship to a P.O. Box. Standard insured shipping (flat rate when possible) applies. Express shipping charged extra. Orders valued over $500 will be shipped by USPS…registered of course.
Return Policy?
You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within three days of having received your order for a credit. All goods returned are at the customer’s expense. A refund of shipping costs will only be considered if the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped). Please make exchange or refund requests within 30 days of purchase.
Security?
For security reasons Thistle Hill Creations reserves the right to insist on the following conditions on large expensive orders, especially precious metal:
For credit card orders the shipment address must match the billing address that the credit card statement is mailed to…we can and do check this detail. Orders paid for by personal checks will be held 15 working days, to allow the check time to clear the bank. If you are in a hurry, please send a money order or cashier’s check.
Pricing?
Retail prices shown on this site are for Sterling Silver. Prices for metal other than SS (925) will be calculated considering current market value of that metal (14K yellow, 14K white, 14K rose) Platinum or 18K yellow are also available by special request. Any foreign order will have to be calculated through a direct phone order and/or email to customerservice@thistlehillcreations.com before processing can be completed. We can not accept checks or money orders in currencies other than U.S. Credit cards are the best method of payment. Taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.
